According to the American Bankruptcy Institute, over 1.5 million Americans filed for personal bankruptcy in 2010. This number was 9 percent higher than the previous year and is a record since the bankruptcy laws were revamped in 2005. While these high numbers are reflective of continued high rates of unemployment, it should also be noted that according to the U.S. Census Bureau the median household net worth for 2009 was 0,000, and approximately 3.5 million households claimed net asset values

Originally designed as a three-seat, daylight escort fighter plane by the Nakajima Aeroplane Company, Ltd., and flown in 1941, the IRVING was modified as a night fighter in May of 1943 and shot down two American B-17 bombers to prove its capability. The Gekko (meaning moonlight) was redesigned to hold only two crewmen so that an upward firing gun could be mounted where the observer once sat. Nearly five hundred J1N1 aircraft, including prototypes, escort, reconnaissance, and night fighters were built during World War II. A sizeable number were also used as Kamikaze aircraft in the Pacific. The few that survived the war were scrapped by the Allies.

This J1N1 is the last remaining in the world. It was transported from Japan to the U.S. where it was flight tested by the U.S. Army Air Forces in 1946. The Gekko then flew to storage at Park Ridge, IL, and was transferred to the Smithsonian Institution. The restoration of this aircraft, completed in 1983, took more than four years and 17,000 man-hours to accomplish.

A note from my kitchen to your computer. I really am just a regular part of the Marietta Georgia community (a northwestern Atlanta Georgia suburb). I have worked with thousands of home buyers, first time home buyers, home builders, real estate agents and real estate investors over the last 10 years in the home loan business. Times are tough all over and I hate seeing my neighbors taken advantage of!

www.NewAmericanFunding.com http www.twitter.com www.linkedin.com How you doing, my name is Rick Arivelo, President of New American Funding, and I want to talk to you about some of the opportunities that exist in the housing market today that I think get very little press. There are some great opportunities that exist today as a result of both housing pricing coming down and interest rates being at historic lows, that people should really be thinking hard about taking advantage of. I’m here today to talk about the Veterans benefits that are available as an opportunity to get into housing in the United States. It actually gives me great pride to discuss something that’s there today for the military, there’s no more deserving group. First of all, the VA Loans is a 0% down option, they make it very easy for you to get in to a home. We’re in Southern California so some of the numbers might seem a little higher if you’re listening from around the country and I’m closest to Camp Pendleton it’s a big marine base here right next to where I am in Southern California. So everything I say will be referenced to Camp Pendleton with regard to the numbers. The areas that people like to live in that belong to camp Pendleton are Fallbrook, Oceanside, Murrieta areas, these houses had a peak in housing of about 0000 in 2006 and now they are about 40%, 45% less. I mean you can get a house that was selling in 2006 for 0,00 and pick it up for 0000 today. But if you belong to camp …

www.Lowestpymt.com Crystal Green contacted American Bank after receiving what she thought was junk mail. She called the office assuming the offer to skip a mortgage payment and lower her payment was a scam. She especially was skeptical when the representative informed her that she could receive the lower payment and keep her loan balance the same. Crystal had heard about FHA streamlines before, but this sounded way too good to be true. Watch this video BEFORE you do business with American Bank and BEFORE you consider a streamline or any other type of FHA or VA refinance transaction. This story could save you a lot of money and agony. Visit http to hear more stories and to get more information.

what will happen if i do not have my commitment letter on time. The contract states the seller needs that by 4/17/09.

My loan is in underwriting.

Our mortgage specialist said that my hubby needs his paystubs signed by HR. so i doubt his loan has been looked at yet.
We turned in our info on 3/27/09 then mortgage specialist told him what he will need to fax over between now and closing 4/30/09

So now we have to fax over signed paystubs and that’s it.

Question by Workingman1000: Is it possible to get FHA (HUD) loan after foreclosure and bankruptcy on a VA Loan?
I had a Veterans Loan foreclosed on 3-6 months ago and ended up filing bankruptcy (chapter 7) which will be discharged on 6-1-10. The court abandoned all interest from the government and my creditors through the bankruptcy. My reason for the foreclosure and bankruptcy was loss of a spouse’s job and medical expenses from a sick child. Will I be able to get another loan through FHA (Hud) with a foreclosure on a VA loan on my record since the loan was discharged through the bankruptcy court?

Best answer:

Answer by Age of Reason
Sure in about 5 yrs
